OUR INSTITUTION

Fundación Santos Mártires de Córdoba is an educational organization that comprises 15 schools in Córdoba, Spain.
Our institution has schools and training centres with more than 5000 students –from pre-primary to High Education and Vocational Education and Training- and 500 teachers and members of staff.
Our WIN School of Languages and EDD Sports Schools complement the highly innovative educational centres with activities like international exchanges and cooperation through sport practices. More than 1500 of our students participate actively in different projects and events throughout the school year.

WE ARE PART OF THIS PROJECT BECAUSE WE WANT TO…

Our Foundation has extensive experience in sports, taking advantage, especially, of both the Physical Education subject and extracurricular activities of a physical- sports nature as a unique opportunity to achieve a comprehensive education for students.
However, the trend towards a sedentary lifestyle in today's society means that, from our KA2 project "GIRLS TEAM UP!", we focus on the creation of innovative content, strategies and methodologies related to sports education in order to promote and motivate the practice of sports by girls and adolescents fundamentally, since they are the group that presents a higher rate of sport abandonment.
Thanks to our partners in Belgium, Cyprus and Italy, we work as a team to make this project a reality.
